ATTENTION RETIRED CYO PARTICIPANTS  

Looking to stay involved and would like to make a little extra money to pay off those Christmas bills? 

If you have played in our league, supported our league, have a parent that has coached, or evening a sibling that has participated in the past or present, we are looking for a few responsible young adults of high school age  that would like to become official Score/Time Keepers for our upcoming season. 

The salary for this will be $12.50 per full game worked, payable in one check after the season is over. Your responsibilities would be as follows: 

1) Attend a training session prior to the start of the season so you understand the league rules as they pertain to the working of the time clock and scoreboard within the league you are performing your duties. 

2) Arrive at least ten minutes prior to the start time of your games.   Games are assigned in sets of  2 or 3 games at a time. 

3) Set up the scorers table if it is the first game of the day and/or break down and neatly store our equipment if it is the last game of the day. 

4)     If a conflict occurs with an assign date you are to work,  it will be your responsibility to contact another league scorekeeper to take your place or trade a date with.  You must also notify the Timekeeper coordinator of the change so he can  keep the time payment records correct. 

5) Print-out and return the completed first page of a W-9 (new employees only) which will be kept on file at the Saint Patrick Parish Business Office. If you make more than $600.00 income within the calendar year that you work, that amount will be reported to the IRS and it will be your responsibility to see to your obligation with them.
